Most white-collar workers do not want to return to the office full-time, survey finds
According to a survey conducted by Advanced Workplace Associates, just 3% of white-collar workers want to return to the office full-time. They surveyed nearly 10,000 people globally across industries. They found that across all age groups, 86% of workers want to work from home at least two days a week. The managing director of AWA said, “Workers have seen that flexibility can work and bosses who are not sensitive to their employees’ needs will suffer accordingly.”
