Moving Toward More Gender Equity
Younger generations of employees are increasingly socially conscious. As a result, employees care more about the social values of their employers. To address this concern, employers must meaningfully engage in an already crowded and nuanced gender-equality dialogue in order to stay relevant for more workers. Research has conveyed that the companies that are able do this will be more successful in the long run.
