NAFTA heating up as issue in United States
The so-called "NAFTA commission", composed of representatives from the treaty's three member states, is holding a two-day meeting even as the trade agreement itself comes under fire from leading American presidential candidates. Opposition to NAFTA is forming strange bedfellows on both the left and the right, and experts believe that the issue may prove an important one as the primaries approach.
