Grief is a topic that is highly misunderstood and mishandled in the workplace.Many companies have policies in place to give grieving employees paid time off. However, grieving employees need additional support when returning back to work as well. This article examines some of the ways that companies are implementing new policies to support grieving employees once they return to the workplace.
