A new survey has indicated that above all else, workers are seeking spaces where they can work efficiently. For many workers, that efficiency space is found in-person at the office, which differs from sentiments a few years ago that were more in favor of remote work options. However, the desire for efficiency might suggest that employees are feeling overworked in their job positions. Furthermore, this data reflects how the role of the workplace has evolved since the pandemic , as workers have reexamined their relationship with work.
