New survey reveals female interests in returning to work after COVID-19
According to a recent MetLife survey, nearly 50% of women said that the pandemic has negatively impacted their career path and 1 in 5 say they were pushed out of the labor force. Women are overwhelmingly looking for flexibility and career progression but are also less likely than men to say they intend to be working with the same employer in the next 12 months.
