New survey says executives have distrust with employees using technology
A recent survey by Wakefield Research revealed that company executives do not trust one-third of their workers to navigate the remote collaboration technology needed for their work. The survey revealed that there were also some serious consequences for workers as 25% of executes have seen an employee fired because of video or audio conference mistakes. Experts are suggesting that executives need to educate their teams on technology and create a culture of clear communication and consistency to improve the trust issue between management and employees.
