New York Times tech workers ordered a union election by NLRB
A NLRB regional director on Wednesday ordered a mail-in election be held for the over 600 tech workers at The New York Times. Ballots will be mailed out on January 24th and tallied by March 7th. This directive comes just 2 weeks after the NLRB general council accused The New York Times of “unfair labor practices in connection with the union campaign.”
