NFL labor talks between owners and players' union continue; new deadline set for Friday
Negotiations between the NFL and the players' union started again on Monday, and the main issue on the table is how to divide the revenue. Although Friday is the new deadline set for a decision, negotiators on both sides are $800 million apart in their proposals on revenue division. Giving the negotiators more time was not the only reason why the new deadline was set. One of the other reasons was that both the NFL and the players want to continue the labor peace that has been ongoing for the past 24 years in the NFL.
