Two oil unions are set to announce today when they will carry out a three-day strike. The strike is meant to put pressure on the passage of a petroleum industry bill and protest unfair labor practices. Nigeria is the largest oil producer on the African continent. 70 percent of the government revenue in Nigeria comes from oil production.
