`Nightmare' customers can often be worth firing
Dealing with extremely difficult clients is part of doing business. However in some cases terminating relationships with these clients can be the best decision in the long-run. So-called ?nightmare? clienbs can lower employee morale and be impossible to work with. A company that decides to fire a client must due so in a delicate manner to avoid negative publicity.
