NLRB finds video game company withheld raises in retaliation to unionization
A recent investigation by the NLRB revealed that Activision Blizzard, a large video game company, withheld raises from employees associated with union activity. Currently, labor negotiations are occurring between the company and its newly formed union of quality assurance testers. These negotiations will continue, however, if a collective bargaining agreement cannot be settled between the parties, the NLRB may issue a complaint against Activision for this unfair labor practice or even prosecute the case.
