NLRB Withdraws Boeing Complaint
The National Labor Relations Board has dropped its complaint against Boeing after the International Association of Machinists ratified a contract agreement with the company. The complaint charged the company with illegally relocating a production line due to union activity. The case had stirred a debate over the role of the NLRB in labor disputes. The NLRB said that they are happy that the two parties have resolved their differences.
