No One is 5.8 Percent Unemployed
A study was done to see how employment rates varied across race, marital status, education, sex etc. to see which group of people had the highest unemployment rate. It was found white individual had a 4% chance of being unemployed while a black individual had a 7.8% chance. Also, high school dropouts are twice as likely to unemployed as college graduates.
