No Unlawful Pay Discrimination Found at BBC
Today, an equal rights commission that found no evidence of unlawful pay discrimination against women at the BBC. However this decision has been heavily criticized. Britain’s Equality and Human Rights Commission examined evidence from over 100 British Broadcasting Corporation employees, reviewed 40 pay complaints and narrowed its focus to 10. A group called BBC Women claims that the finding are not representative of their experiences at BBC.
