No Vacation or Bonus? Workers Say OK
A new survey found that workers would be willing to work longer hours and give up vacation time to keep their jobs. 25% of workers would be willing to give up a bonus, while over 20% would work longer hours or accept a reduction in benefits. Fewer workers said that they would be willing to take pay cut, move for the job or be demoted. A third of the workers surveyed said that they would bot be willing to make any sacrifices.
