Non-compete clause tying hands of employees
More and more workers are finding their employment opportunities extremely limited after being laid off, thanks to non-compete agreements with previous employers. The practice of requiring such agreements is becoming more wide-spread, and thus causing more problems as unemployed workers find themselves unable to draw on their most recent work experience to find new jobs.
