Number of US illegal immigrants drops, first in decades as illegal workers head back to Mexico
According to new reports, the number of Mexican workers living illegally in the United States has dropped for the first time in years. The drop is attributed both to a slower job market, as well as new immigration laws in some states. The Supreme Court is hearing arguments this week on Arizona's immigration law, which has drawn criticism. The change also comes as farmers across the country have been asking for changes to visa regulations due to a shortage of manual labor.
