Nursing Homes Told to Reinstate Workers
A federal judge in Connecticut has ruled that a nursing home has to reinstate 600 workers. The workers have been on strike since July 3 over pension and health care cuts that the company imposed. The judge ruled that the company failed to bargain in good faith and imposed the cuts illegally. Workers say that they are happy with the decision, and want to go back to work. The workers had offered to return after two weeks on strike, but the company refused. The company said that they are appealing the ruling.
