NY Attorney General Questions Work Practices of 13 Retailers
In New York, the Attorney General has begun an investigation into thirteen companies that have been accused giving their employees less than one day's notice when scheduling new shifts. Employers included in this investigation are: Gap, Williams Sonoma, Crocs, J Crew etc. Scheduling shifts so last minute does not give employees enough time to accommodate for family needs.
