Office memo: 'Blogging' can get you bounced
According to a survey of 279 human resources professionals by the Society for Human Resource Management last month, 3 percent had disciplined employee for ?blogging.? Blogging is technical jargon for creating a "web log" or an online journal. All types of information can be put into blogs and visitors can respond to posts. The problem for companies arises when employees write about issues related to their employment that might reflect upon their employer.
