Over 500 Conde Nast workers form a union
On Tuesday, workers at Conde Nast announced that they have formed a companywide union. The union will cover over 500 employees at all Conde Nast brands including Vogue, Vanity Fair, and GQ among others. Workers asked Conde Nast to voluntarily recognize their union like they have done for other brands such as Wired and Pitchfork. Employees said in a statement that they are “pushing for better pay, increased job security and a stronger commitment to diversity and equity.”
