Police guild enters review fray
A complaint filed Thursday by the Seattle police union charged a citizen oversight board with violating the Police Department's labor contract. The complaint stems from an iinquiry by the Office of Professional Accountability Review Board into an internal police investigation involving two officers charged with using excessive force in a drug bust. The police union states the Board was improperly given access to disciplinary records and purposefully singled out the case for investigation.
