Politics at work: Can cooler heads prevail?
With the upcoming presidential election drawing near many workplaces are buzzing with political conversation. Although some workplaces welcome these spirited debates, other employers worry that politics at work can lead to increased tension and make some people uncomfortable. Experts say that while talking about politics at work should not be prohibited, managers should keep the focus on work.
