Polling offices around the country are fully staffed and ready for election day
Election administrators around the United States feared that not enough Americans would volunteer to be poll workers this year, but polling centers have stated that everything will run smoothly this election as there was a high demand of Americans willing to volunteer or become poll workers. Various states stated that the number of poll workers has increased compared to 2020, and some polling centers have had to limit the number of workers they could accept because of high levels of interest. Some long-term poll center employees made the decision not to work the polls due to concerns regarding safety after President Trump said that election workers illegally helped President Biden win the election in 2020. Despite these claims, a majority of Americans still have confidence in the security and the validity of poll offices.
