President Pushes Flextime
President Bush is supporting a flextime proposal that would make it easier for employers to offer workers time off instead of overtime pay. Bush has pushed this new legislation as a way to help families and give people more control over their lives. Critics of this proposal say that it is an attempt to rob employees of highly valued overtime.
