Prospect Heights students back at school after strike ends
On Sunday evening, teachers employed by the Prospect Heights School District 23 ratified a new four-year contract. The District 23 Board of Education will reconvene this Tuesday to vote on the agreement. School in this district was already cancelled seven times this month for 1,570 students as a result of contract negotiations. Contract details will be released if the school board also votes to ratify the agreement.
