Underpaid vendors who work for M & T Pretzel Company could receive $10,000 each in a $450,000 unfair labor settlement following an investigation by Attorney General Eliot Spitzer?s office. The company?s lawyer said that the company thought M & T vendors were operating as seasonal operators and did not realize that by not paying overtime or providing rest breaks it was breaking the law.
