PwC commits $2.4 billion to employee well-being
PwC has announced they are making a $2.4 billion investment in improving the well-being of their workforce. This will kickstart their My+ program that will allow and empower employees to curate their own preferred ways of working. To better accommodate their employee’s desires for flexibility and to be competitive in the labor market, they will allow workers to “work remotely, hybrid, as a digital nomad, relocate, or go full time in the office.” They will also increase mental health and parental leave benefits, and institute two week-long shutdowns of work each year.
