Reality TV writers stage walkout as Writers Guild of America negotiations continue
A group of reality TV show writers held a 24-hour strike on Wednesday in coalition with the Writers Guild of America. Approximately 200 writers participated in New York, and many were from popular shows such as "Pawn Starts" and "Tiny House Nation". The writers were from multiple entertainment companies, such as Peacock Productions, Leftfield Pictures and Sharp Entertainment. The reality writers were protesting the lack of healthcare despite being exposed to dangerous conditions while on set.
