Remote workers are sharing their tips on how to evade company tracking systems while working from home. One employee posted video on TikTok about a device called a mouse mover that would move your mouse while you're away from your computer. This employee, Leah, said “the last thing I wanted during those moments was to be paranoid that people thought I wasn't working, especially since I felt like I was working more than ever.” Since tracking cursor movement has become common in the remote work world there are a lot of free apps, online tools and other software to mimic mouse movements.
