Report finds that harassment is still prevalent in remote working
A recent report by AllVoices found that 38% of employees are still experiencing harassment while working remotely and that 24% of workers believe that harassment continues or gets worse through remote channels. The State of Workplace Harassment report was put together by a survey of 822 full-time American workers. The report found that female respondents experienced sexual harassment at an elevated level, entry level respondents were more likely to experience physical harassment and discrimination, and workers older than 45 experienced more psychological harassment.
