Reverse Mentoring Cracks Workplace
Many businesses have begun pairing upper level mangers with younger employees in an effort to help the mangers learn new technology, social media and other trends. The practice, known as reverse mentoring, was pioneered by General Electric. Companies say that the practice helps managers learn and reduces turnover in younger employees.
