A new report has cited that the no.1 soft skill that workers need is conflict management skills. The report also stated that managers spend an average of 2.8 hours a week resolving conflicts that arise in the workplace. Leading consulting firms have assessed that most conflicts in the workplace are the result of a fundamental lack of understanding differing perspectives.
