Scandal fallout: tougher evaluation of CEO pay
High profile scandals haven't resulted in lower salaries and fewer bonuses for chief executives, but they have resulted in new performance standards that include high expectations for ethical behavior, employee satisfaction, and other forms of social performance. Businesses are now setting financial and socials goal and are looking for leadership qualities that include moral character measures.
