Scientists Examines Workplace Germs
According to a study of germs found in office settings, workplaces may not be as clean as employees would hope. The study collected samples from office buildings in Atlanta, Chicago, New York City, San Francisco and Tucson, Ariz., to determine how much of the virus responsible for common respiratory infections, such as pneumonia and bronchiolitis was present. The most virus was present in New York, followed by Atlanta, San Francisco, Chicago and Tucson.
