Senator Marco Rubio is calling for an investigation of Amazon. After a report by The New York Times claiming that Amazon has been “shortchanging new parents, patients dealing with medical crisis and other vulnerable workers on leave,” Rubio wants the Biden administration and the Labor Department to investigate the company’s distribution of employee benefits. Rubio said, “There are plenty of American business that are loyal to our country, respect their employees and want the best for their communities, but Amazon is not one of them.”
