Silicon Valley Fights Order to Pay Bigger Settlement in Hiring Case
Tech giants Apple, Google, Intel and Adobe are filing an appeal after Judge Lucy H. Koh ruled that their antitrust settlement of $324.5 million was insufficient. This ruling came after class-action lawsuit was filed against the companies stating that the firms were colluding against their employees. The companies are asking the Ninth Circuit of the U.S. Court of appeals to reject Judge Koh?s ruling.
