Sleepiness affects pilots, train operators on job
A new survey found that pilots and train operators were more likely to have been effected by sleepiness on the job. Almost 25% of those surveyed said that they had been effected by sleepiness. About 20% of all those surveyed said that being tired had caused them to make a serious error in their job. Experts say that the numbers are not surprising, and that employers and workers need to take measures to prevent accidents as much as possible, including naps and caffeine.
