Small companies struggling to hire workers in tight labor market
Some larger companies, in fear of a potential recession, have begun to slow down the hiring of new workers. Small companies have not reflected this same trend though. There is a high demand for workers in many small businesses, but high inflation has driven up wages and made it harder for small businesses to attract talent and fill job positions.
