Korea Railroad Corp. said Thursday that some striking workers were returning to duty following a warning they faced possible dismissal, raising hopes train service may increasingly normalize. The strike by unionized workers at the company, known as Korail, has severely curtailed nationwide passenger and freight service since it began Wednesday.
