Some Retailers Rethink Role in Bangladesh
In the wake of a building collapse the killed more than 400 people last week, some apparel companies are considering moving production out of Bangladesh. While some retailers are focusing on ways to make conditions better, others, like Disney, are leaving the country. Worker advocates say that leaving the country is not the solution, and that brands should focus on improving conditions. Bangladesh is the world's second-largest apparel exporter.
