Starbucks is preparing to follow the federal vaccination mandate
OSHA is mandating that private companies with 100 or more employees enforce vaccination or weekly testing for employees. Starbucks is asking their employees to disclose their vaccination status by January 10th to help them enforce weekly testing of unvaccinated workers by the federal mandate’s set date of February 9th. The company says they will not provide the unvaccinated workers with tests and will not accept at home tests. They will update their timeline if the mandate changes “as a result of the ongoing legal battle.”
