Starbucks to stop offering sick pay benefits for employees with Covid-19
Starbucks has announced that starting in October, it will no longer offer sick pay and additional days off for employees with Covid-19. This decision has been released just a day after President Biden stated the pandemic is "over." However, this new company policy may not be enacted unilaterally at all locations because of collective bargaining requirements with the unionized Starbucks stores.
