Strike may curb Korea exports
Officials in South Korea fear that exports may be harmed by a strike at Asiana Airlines, the country's number two carrier. Asiana's pilots have been on strike since Sunday after the company rejected a demand for a 17 percent reduction in their annual flying time and more say in management issues. The walkout is costing the company about $3 million a day in sales, and has essentially shut down its regional network.
