Strike reaches 100 days at Kohler plant at Searcy
Workers at the Kohler sinkworks in Searcy, Arkansas recorded their 100th day on strike Tuesday. Members of the United Auto Workers Local 1000 rejected a proposed contract last December, setting off the current strike. In the meantime, Kohler has hired replacement workers and a federal complaint against the company has been filed by the union.
