Striking Air France Pilots Reject Offer to End Dispute
The Air France Pilots strike has reached eight days making it the longest strike the airline has experienced since 1998. Pilots recently rejected the airline?s offer to stop expansion of the low-cost business Transavia. Yesterday Air France was only able to operate 41% of its scheduled flights, and the strike is costing the airline approximately 15 million euros a day.
