Study: 2 of 5 Bosses Don't Keep Word
A study conducted by Florida State University indicates a notable percentage of American workers are dissatisfied with their bosses. Some 39% of those polled complained that their supervisor failed to keep promises, and 27% said that their boss made negative comments about them to other employees. Furthermore, the study linked these behaviors to lower productivity and morale, and higher turnover.
