Study: Women making inroads into upper echelon of pay
According to a recent study, the number of women in higher paying managerial and technical positions is increasing. This is most likely the result of increased educational and occupational opportunities for women. Women are far from achieving pay equality with men, but the results do show that women are making progress in the workplace.
