Daryal T. Nelson is suing Wal-Mart claiming that the retailer discriminates against black applicants for truck-driving jobs in Southern states. According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Wal-Mart hired some white drivers who were less qualified than black applicants. A spokesman for Wal-Mart said that while he couldn't comment on the lawsuit, Wal-Mart does not discriminate in their hiring practices.
